Boylu ardıç (Juniperus excelsa M. Bieb) meyvelerinde silibinin ve rutin bileşenlerinin deneysel tasarım metodu kullanılarak sokshlet özütleme şartlarının belirlenmesi

چکیده

Bu çalışmada Ardıç bitkisi meyvelerinden deneysel tasarım yöntemiyle tasarlanan ekstraksiyon deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve ekstraktlar içerisindeki Silibinin Rutin bileşiklerinin miktarları araştırılmıştır. geleneksel tıpta yüz yıllardır tedavi amaçlı olarak kullanıldığı için bilimsel çalışmalarda üzerinde araştırmaların yoğunlukla yapılan bir bitkidir. Geleneksel idrar söktürücü, iltihap önleyici, ağrı kesici, karaciğer koruyucu, anti mikrobiyal bakteriyel etkileri bilinmektedir. Bağımsız parametreler olan Etanol/su oranı özütleme süresinin aktif madde verimlerine etkisi, Design Expert 11 (Demo) programı kullanılarak tasarlanmış Soxhlet yöntemi özütte bulunan silibinin rutin etken maddelerinin maksimum miktarını veren matematiksel modeller elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada edilen modellerin önerdiği optimum çalışma koşulları ile sonuçların uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Deneysel çalışmaların sonucu ardıç meyvelerinde en yüksek sırasıyla 17,9 μg/g 261,8 bulunmuştur.
